Sometimes I feel at crossroads with myself.
So then, I lie down and look up at the ceiling – wondering where my life is traversing, meandering yet finding its divine GPS.
Then I scroll down my Instagram for some rich dopamine – to feel more socially connected (who doesn’t I reckon?).
After some Instagram therapy, I keep my phone aside and then again look at the ceiling. Is this ceiling my limit? My limited time? After all, I’m a dreamer and life is infinite (heck, I wrote a book on it, will come out soon – I promise).
This ceiling is a breakthrough; helping me break out from my unknown shackles and energies that don’t align with my long-term thinking and living.
But, man, disruption is hard and painful. How to see the other side when this ceiling paves in?
By treating this ceiling as your teacher; embedding anticipation for you to see through your abundance and touch the sky!
Your ceiling jolts you, stirs you and motions you to start from a point of wisdom and creativity rather than stress and limitations.
There’s also a song on this by Keane – who doesn’t relate to it?
There is no sticky wicket when you hover up; it’s only a vexing problem when you stay in the banal ground; try the higher ground (lovely book by Alison Taylor).
The penchant to keep looking up is not gravitational in the ground; it elevates you to see things from a vantage point – where things look different, doable and viable.
