I got a new hairdo today – and I feel special, a little more special today. I started to realise how beautiful we all are in our ‘glow’ – of sorrows and contentment, a strange contradiction that leaves an imprint wherever we go.

Riding back to the question: What’s your afterglow?

As prevalence has its due, we all are personal brands – rather vivid voices that want to be mattered, and desiring to a fair bit noticed.

So your afterglow is when you leave a part of you somewhere in the heart of an inescapable experience, person, place or thing.

What you leave is where you vibration enters – in its meandering pace, finding its way to make people’s lives better and surprisingly healthier.

Your brand’s afterglow is your voice’s aftermath that says: ‘I’ll reverberate in memories and sensorial experiences that transcend the fleeting stay of emotions.’

Your reflection could be someone’s else’s guiding mirror – where you come tete-a-tete with your purposeful existence that your audience can sniff through a distance and come emotionally closer to you and your values.

I urge you to make this ‘afterglow’ a ceremony that enriches lives beyond your existence.

Now lets hum the song by INXS: ‘Here I am, lost in the light of the moon that comes through my window

Bathed in blue, the walls of my memory divides the thorns from the roses

It’s you and the roses. Touch me and I will follow in your afterglow. Heal me from all this sorrow. As I let you go, I will find my way when I see your eyes. Now I’m living in your afterglow.’

Let’s ask each other. ‘Who do we care about?’ That’s your brand’s afterglow reflection in your meaningful actions!
