I have almost frequently read about entrepreneurs mention about scaling – on the business expansion front and increasing the number of recruits to solve their business problems.
But here’s what I think: when you scale for value, your business imprint amplifies and expands naturally and effortlessly.
The secret lies in how well you find solutions in problem statement of your business and how well you become the ‘ancient aspirin’ of your audience and customers.
The value you bring is called the ancient aspirin – meaning, the most profoundly quaint and trusted and cult-like value in your business that has an unmet emotional need to be solved for. Something which works as the root level of the business problem without having any risky ramifications.
How? By melding your foundational values with customer business sentiment – and working rather contrary to how values meld into a tangible value proposition.
When your business caters to an emotional range of your prospective customers, your emotions are deeply layered to be acknowledged with your bold storytelling skills.
Slowly, you audience and customers understand you, empathise with you, and dive into conversational receptivity as mentioned by Julia Minion, professor of public policy at Harvard Kennedy School.
For example: If your business thrives on safety and security for your customers, how well do you document the story from non-compliance to compliance? What are your codified values that makes your customers feel safe to heard and acknowledged? (I take this example from one of the amazing data protection company called Seclore as a freelancer for their webinar in Middle-east market. And I loved the the way the founder – Vishal Gupta – so eloquently says: if your haven’t tried compliance, try non-compliance instead. Isn’t this a powerful way of demonstrating value to your customers on what they are missing out on?)
Over to you.
What is your compounding value as a result of your meta skills?
