When do we feel ‘complex’ or way too entangled?

Let me answer it for you – when you’re not quite yourself.

Now let’s dig deeper – when you are not in conduit with the authentic energy you are embodied with.

The answer to complexity isn’t more complex questions that unravel the further chaos. Its unlayering the depth of answers that we have within all of us.

How? Ask yourself, what energies are bothering you; and what needs a sighing release, what need to be ironed out to seek the source energy within?

Complexity manifests in something that needs to be solved first on the spiritual level before it bypasses it and enters our human biology.

If something doesn’t feel right, be curious and ask yourself: ‘Tell me more?’ (Greg McKeown never ceases to amaze me with this question to enable deeper understanding of people and experiences)

This is when you unravel the simple threads of communication that your silence answers – your body and mind talking to each other to seek the confrontational complexity with depth and listen to it for spontaneous simplicity to emerge.

Every layer of complexity has a seed of simplicity that was never understood. Hence simplicity got a bit weighty with every unexpressed emotion interlaced with underlying logic.

So as you listen to yourself, try and translate that complex – rather intricate – feeling with what your mind narrates to you at the spur of that moment. That is the genius of imminent simplicity that releases that weight that your heart and mind were carrying.

Sometimes, we all need this exercise of striving to be simple when we feel complex – aren’t we all wired for this evolution?
