Flow

Anything that angsts you, fuels you. Now it’s either up to you to use it to your constructive advantage or be burdened by this agony.

My earnest request to you?

Birth something. Create something. Build something of value.

That’s how you evolve and become the most amazing version of you.

Any critique you face when creating something: be it a book, a blog, a venture, or a social startup or even a tech park, embed your vision with ‘fire’, a passion that sees you, finds you and makes you unstoppable.

When you flow with your fuel – your pain that sighs you with an undaunting and relieving creative pleasure, you become the flow that the ever-so- creatively consuming river needs to meld with. In an interview with the amazing psychiatrist and author Jennifer Reid, she says writing can be a pleasurable catharsis – and so can any creative pursuit be!

In this creative vein, meld with your many selves, seek you unison, and then let that energy flow. Let. The. Muse. Flow.

You see, fuel only intensifies and consistently asks you to show up – even in your not-so-nice days. That’s when you experience friction with your growth – and that is a sign of soulful ascension.
