Kindness

I read on one of the LinkedIn’s post by someone kind: that Clarity + Kindness = Growth.

What a generous equation that weighs in so much of abundance and purposeful execution.

I think kindness spreads the fastest even if there’s just one person in a room of hundreds to feel its warmly nestled vibration and humbling enthusiasm.

In my current read of the book called Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara – I am enlightened to learn the beautiful doors a kind heart can open to – not just in business but also in our emotionally episodic life.

The book gives us the aperture into a world of celebrating life and being an epitome of ‘unreasonable’ (that is, in my view unconditional and unexpected) service to our people so they remember us as moments so savoury and warmly wanting people to retreat to us – because yes, we love to serve and we love to love.

Which is why Eleven Madison Park is arguable the best place to ‘be’ and let ‘be’.

That’s the power of truly caring for people. Because people never forget how they feel when they embrace an experience of excellence grounded in love and care.

Kindness underpins this customer delight and consumer satisfaction. This is because being kind cascades to the end user as a caring gesture; and understanding the emotions that shape people – one layer at a time.

Just imagine how beautiful the world would be when kindness underscores all our business, brand and life actions? Speaking of upside? Kindness is ‘scaling and rooting’ for human impact and service at the same time.

Embodying kindness also helps us see the bigger picture instead of wallowing in our own misery. It fosters emotional, mental, and social inclusion so we can thrive as we gear up for our life’s missions.

Sending love and best wishes to all!
