Hug

Did you know that hugging is a therapy and can heal you at the most fundamental level?

There’s a lot of taxing energy on this planet. And when you come to think about the anxiety levels soaring in people, you just don’t know if even creating content can give you that respite in your personal branding journey.

Nobody – or pardon my bias towards a little kind indifference – talks about why we are what we are – even though we have bigger ambitions and missions to take care of.

I can sense the silence of emotions that are blaringly loud enough to keep us quiet.

I admire hustle, focus and ambition. But I deeply embody relaxation and respite even when I know I have my spiritual mission to take care of.

I think we need a value system: of being loved, yet being free and safe to be ourselves. Yes, this value system is a phrase and not just a confounding word.

Don’t we all need this intuitive reciprocation?

This is what I call embracing the world the way it is, and then doing things that matter to us: with love and grace and a drive that only we can understand and deploy in our work.

I always feel when we meditate – we operate on the 4th level of consciousness, which is beyond sleeping, waking and dreaming. Can we have the amplitude to send it to souls who need this white lit hug so they can come out of their slumber and feel better again?

I have always talked about personal branding to be an inward journey. And from this thinking thread I mean writing words that heal us, express our unseen side, and awaken the god within.

From this place of love, I hope we all feel better within – and not just hear the science-backed version of training ourselves to be happy. I think creation is bliss – let’s have the chops to create and ship without any expectation of a favourable outcome. The yields take of itself, don’t worry.

The useful problem we focus on can give us the solution facets which we can find in due course of time. And to me, that’s the universal hug – the calming and satisfying dopamine and serotonin and oxytocin of being a part of a mission that consumes us yet keeps us content with our unique imprint!
